I am proud to connect with the many charities and community groups that tirelessly work across Leicester and Leicestershire. 

A need for change brought about the simple desire that all people in Leicester and Leicestershire have access to factual and recent news from charities and community groups. 

Therefore, providing social gain and community cohesion to many. Information about health and well-being should not be restricted to a person’s ability to listen to a radio station. 

Those in charge of community radio stations need to see the social gain that the SPOTLIGHT show can offer. Is it true that the health of an individual living in Evington or Rothley is just as important as a person who lives in Tugby or Croft?
